At Olympic Supply, our main focus is on customer service. This means that our reps are more than just order takers and returns processors; they will include you in their rounds and most customers see their rep once every two weeks. It is our goal to be more than just a P&A purchasing portal and our hands-on approach means you get taken care of quicker, get your hands on new products faster, and are treated like the individual you are as opposed to a number in the system (well, at least until you call enough so we get to know you).
